Needs
New PBX system, new phones for stores.
Solution
We have provided the customer with a virtual PBX system – the OptimCall phone system running as a service on OptimSys’ servers and set according to the customer’s requirements. At Prague, Brno and Ostrava retail outlets, we also supplied wireless phones.
We arranged the transfer of phone numbers to an alternative phone service provider which has significantly reduced telephone bills for our customer.
